San Clemente Fatal Crash - May 6th, 2017

At 12:47 AM Saturday morning, the Orange County Fire Authority responded to a reported traffic collision in the 600 block of Avenida Vaquero in San Clemente. Crews arriving on scene found a single overturned vehicle that had collided with a light pole. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics. A 21-year-old passenger who was ejected from the vehicle was treated on scene and transported as a trauma to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department Major Accident Reconstruction Team (MART) will be handling the investigation.
